Specialising in Wine and Spirits we are looking for an administration assistant to assist with:

  • Telephone calls and emails from new and existing clients
  • Contacting clients with regards to their orders
  • Diary management
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Assisting the Director's personal assistant with day to day tasks
  • Help in managing off-site stock levels, liaising with third parties should there be an issue
  • Assisting in the creation of promotions, social media campaigns and product management
