Qualifications required

You will need to have GCSE's in the A* - E range or equivalent. You will also need to complete an initial assessment at College, which will help us guide you to the most appropriate programme to meet your needs.

Future prospects

Our business relies on its ability to develop solutions to our customer’s requirements, produce samples and begin production quickly. We anticipate this role developing to embrace a Team Leadership role or design/model making, project management and estimating as required.

Employers are likely to expect staff to be reliable, on time, trustworthy and enthusiastic. Training on the Apprenticeships Programme for 16 to 18 year olds is a priority and fully-funded by Government. Training for Apprenticeships for those over this age is part funded, with employers expected to make a part or full contribution.
