We are currently recruiting for customer service apprentices to join us to embark on a 2-year Apprenticeship Programme.

Based in one of our Service Centres, working on the Hire Desk, you will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service qualification. You will learn to:

• Work on the hire desk delivering excellent customer service
• Provide advice and guidance to customers to help them hire the correct equipment
• Build effective customer relationships and resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.
• Promote range of ancillary services and benefits to customer.

Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship you will have gained a nationally recognised qualification in Customer Service along with functional skills in Maths, English & ICT that will serve you in many jobs to come; and as a valuable member of the team you'll have the opportunity to move into a permanent role where you will be able to continue your career development journey.

Personal qualities

If you are polite, presentable and an articulate individual then you are exactly who we are looking for as you will be talking with clients. You should also be able to work to a schedule.

Qualifications required

GCSE English and Maths at grade C plus (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.

Future prospects

When you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship you may be given the opportunity to continue in your role or progress onto an alternative support role within the company where you will receive full training and support.
