The successful candidate will provide business administration support to the operation team. As part of the team you will be involved in scheduling and production control daily. This is a dynamic challenging responsible role responding to the daily changes. Linking with all the 4 different section of the food production, customer’s service and distribution.

Ensuring Raynors meet and exceed the customer’s needs. You will be trained up in all the facets of the job role and to an Advanced Apprenticeship Business Administration level 3

Full time position Operation Control Supervisor, potentially developing in to management within the growing organisation.

Things to consider

£4.00 per hourly basis with a £500 bonus paid each quarter depending on performance. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour from 1st October 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
