Module-Ar Limited have a vacancy for a receptionist

Duties will include:

  • Carry out Full-time Reception duties – Operating the switchboard, screening, directing calls to the relevant department, and ensuring phone calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Greeting Visitors ensuring they sign in and receive the full M-AR experience
  • Carrying out general administration duties which can include general printing, photocopying and scanning
  • Keeping the insurance certificates on display up to date and flag expiry dates
  • Organising service contracts for the photocopier, drinks, vending machines and cleaners
  • Ensuring the stationery and consumables stock is maintained and flagging to the Purchasing department when items are running low
  • Dealing with the daily incoming and outgoing post, disturbing accordingly
  • Hotel bookings for our Site Team
  • Making drinks and arranging lunch for visitors  
  • Assisting M-AR team with administration tasks as and when required
  • Managing the company’s general enquiries emails
  • M-AR branded uniform allocation
  • Researching and providing general improvements for the company
  • Organising our monthly dress down day with charity collection
  • Assisting with collating ballot box questions for team briefings 

Due to location own transport is essential
