NSL is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to provide administrative support to our buying and sales teams. IT experience is required, in particular with Microsoft Excel.

The candidate will also have to familiarise themselves with the company’s internal stock system to assist with checking stock levels, creating sales and purchase orders and checking and evaluating sales and buying history.

The role will also include receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and greeting and interacting with guests during meetings.

In order to achieve the above tasks, the candidate should be well-spoken, presentable, approachable, organised, and eager to learn.

There will be a three month probation period in order to assess how well-suited the candidate is to the role.

Things to consider

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour from 1st October 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
