  • Using in house software to create finishes/BFF schedules from information provided by client
  • Planning and organisation of specific projects to ensure timely creation of schedules in accordance with agreed handover dates
  • Ensure that personal system tasks are completed by the stated date and third party actions are closed on completion
  • Extract information from manuals to complete equipment schedules
  • Check and Approve As-Built Literature/Information provided by third parties
  • Maintain the project status database to ensure the information is relevant, correct and up to date
  • Action non technical comments on manuals both online and paper based
  • Answer phones in a positive and helpful manner to assist our clients and ensure they are connected to the correct member of staff
  • Monitoring and reporting to project managers, project status and potential issues which may result in timescales not being met
  • Ensure all information received by post, email and fax is recorded as received and dealt with promptly
  • Liaise with Client to obtain any outstanding accurate handover information
  • Maintain your ability in the use of, all relevant ICT (Information & Communications Technology)
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Fulfil roles required as detailed within the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) or Task Information Delivery Plan (TIPD)

Things to consider

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour from 1st October 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
