No experience is necessary if you’re joining us as an Apprentice Carer as you will be fully trained and supported through our apprenticeship program whilst working towards a vocational qualification in Health & Social Care. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting individuals with personal care and providing a safe and supportive environment.
  • You will support with meal preparation
  • Light domestic duties 
  • Assist with moving and positioning individuals in accordance with their plan of care. 
  • Interaction and communication with individuals and the ability to monitor the health of individuals affected by health conditions is key.
  • Participate in rotas, which may include day, evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working and sleeping-in duties at night.

Please Note:
Pay rate - £3.40ph - to rise to £7.65ph once signed off induction

The weekly wage reflects the maximum number of hours worked. If you work less than the maximum your weekly wage will be calculated at £3.40 per hour.
