We are looking for an enthusiastic person to provide support to the Estimating Team within our Construction Company.  This is a great opportunity for the right person to be trained in general office duties and to carry out a variety of tasks consisting of:-


  • Downloading Tenders
  • Administering Tender programmes and records
  • Sending out tender packages
  • Printing Tender and Estimating emails
  • Working closely with Estimators
  • Collating and archiving documentation and information
  • Answering incoming calls to our Head Office
  • Updating sub-contractors database
  • Maintaining contacts database
  • Creating new versions of documents
  • Communicating with various departments


This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be required as and when necessary.

Future prospects

This role may develop into a permanent position for the right candidate. Further training via e-leaning is available.

Things to consider

20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour from 1st October 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
