We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support the Compliance Manager within our Construction Company. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn not only about Business Administration but also the Construction Industry and the variety of opportunities there are within the industry for developing a career.

As well as general office duties, for instance printing, scanning, filing, using email, word and excel other responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a diary and analysis sheet of the construction sites
  • Collating and Archiving site documentation
  • Preparing Site Start up packs of Health, Safety & Environmental Information and Documents
  • Compiling Health, Safety & Environmental Folders
  • Analysing various Reports
  • Maintain Contacts Database
  • Logging Energy usage and maintaining records
  • Maintaining the company Training Matrix
  • Sourcing and booking training courses
  • Archiving Training documentation
  • Administer e-learning platform
  • Creating new versions of documents
  • Communicating with various teams/departments
  • Administrative support for new software system
  • Research

This list is not exhaustive so other duties may be required when necessary.
