The role is for a PA to help the two directors of the business in the day-to-day running of the serviced office.

We are a team of only five, within a business centre/serviced offices of c.200 customers. As we are a small team there is an element of job-sharing and ‘multitasking’ which adds to variety. It allows job roles to evolve, and for each member of staff to progress (at their own pace).

The role will help act as PA to the two directors of a serviced office and provide first-line front-of-house contact with our customers and some suppliers. Part of the role will involve marketing, and will allow the candidate to ‘make a role’ for themselves.

We currently rely on leads being introduced to us and want to increase the number and frequency of self-sourced leads.

Duties could include:

  • Diary management
  • Marketing
  • Reception duties
  • Taking client phone calls
  • Taking supplier phone calls
  • Updating the directors
  • General office duties

And more depending on skills or business requirements.
