  • You will be working alongside the support team helping to take on new challenges and tackle customer queries.
  • You will be liaising with our Providers and Supplier in order complete the end goal/ retrieve the answers you require.
  • You will be set a range of tasks to complete on a daily basis from receiving customer cases to helping with account/ raising invoices.
  • You will also be using different internal systems like our CRM, accounting package and our ticketing system.
  • Your role will involve you answering and making calls to customers.
  • Customer Service is one of the key aspects to the business and we will provide internal and external training to help you gain the skills you need.
