This role is based in Bristol and will include on the job training whilst working towards the AAT qualification.

Key responsibilities:

Provide support in day to day running of office, including:

  • General office housekeeping
  • Accounts preparation and analysis from a range of different sources – manual & computerised for clients of the business
  • Use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and scheduling
  • Office support to the team as required
  • Answering telephone calls in accordance with our performance standards, taking messages and relaying these to the team member
  • Dealing with outgoing post
  • Photocopying, printing and binding of reports, accounts etc
  • Scanning of correspondence

    Specific skills required:

Qualifications required

5 GCSE's at grades A*-C (or equivalent)  to include English and Mathematics.

Progression onto the Level 4 Apprenticeship and ultimately a full time job/Wage increase/Further training within a supportive company.
