In this role you'll work closely with your colleagues to support every department at Nesta to ensure that Salesforce, their customer database, meets the current and future needs of the organisation. 

  • Set up new staff with logins and training and provide ongoing support for all staff
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards
  • Conduct organisation wide data quality checks and data cleansing activity
  • Lead and/or support on mass data imports, and integration with other platforms
  • Create manual processes that reduce or remove the need for manual entry or calculation
  • Develop a greater understanding of the business and its processes
  • Gather technical requirements from other departments and help to provide logical, user-friendly solutions
  • Solve logical problems, seeking assistance when required
  • Write simple code

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience playing around with coding - be it at any level

Level 3 Software Development Technician

  • Nesta has partnered with Step Forward to deliver high quality, work-relevant training. Throughout the year, you will be supported through your Advanced Apprenticeship by an expert tutor and dedicated personal mentor.
  • Your training will occur once a week outside of the workplace. You will come together with other Step Forward apprentices to work towards your qualification and the skills you learn in the classroom will help you develop in your role throughout the year.
