We currently require a Hospitality Food and Beverage Apprentice to join our workforce and work in a fast paced environment. As an Apprentice your duties will include:

  • Take food and beverage orders/fast food counter service,
  • Process cash and card payments,
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and customer toilets,
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and BOH area's,
  • Prepare and cook food items,
  • Stock rotation using FIFO,
  • Follow company/Brand standards.

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship.  This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Things to consider

We are open all year round. Shifts will be on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Shifts patterns will be to suit the business however usually consist of the following shifts; 6am-3pm, 8am-3pm , 11am-7pm, 5pm-12am, 5pm-10pm or 10am-6pm.
