  • To assist in the provision of a reprographics service for staff and students which includes large quality printing, copying and laminating
  • To provide support to the Reprographics Officer ensuring the security of all resources and equipment by following agreed procedures
  • To operate all in-house copiers and provide appropriate guidance to staff in relation to photocopier, binding, laminator and machinery usage
  • To ensure regular maintenance of machinery, clearing paper jams and carrying out minor repairs to equipment
  • To assist in the classification, cataloguing, storage and retrieval of materials/ resources
  • To assist with the maintenance of the school website and social media accounts
  • To assist in the issuing of ID badges and creation of biometric profiles
  • To develop and manage the weekly staff bulletin
  • To provide ad-hoc support to the wider admin team

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is �3.40 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
