In the role you will: 
- Provide 1st line technical support to clients. 
- Providing solutions to client's IT problems and assigning fields engineers where neccessary.
- Receiving incoming support calls from clients
- Recording support calls into the call management system
- Analysing calls and providing telephone / remote support if appropriate
- Assigning and briefing field engineers for follow up support
- Produce ticket reports and respond to requests in an efficient and timely manner;
- Presenting a courteous and professional image at all times;
- Monitor and update engineering visits for contracted customers;
- Ensure Engineering Schedules are updated at all times.
