An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Double Tree by Hilton, as part of the catering team. As a Commis Chef you will support the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and effectively. Your job will include, but is not limited to the following

  • Preparation and maintaining of your section
  • Complete all food preparation for service
  • Run your section effectively during food production and service
  • Follow all Health and food safety guidelines
  • Kitchen Porter Duties
  • Provide First class service to our customers
