A normal day would include -

  • Counting and receipting daily cash.
  • Reimbursing staff expenses via petty cash.
  • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices onto the finance system.
  • Raising Sale Ledger invoices and chasing debtors.
  • Processing credit card payments.
  • Setting up online payments via the College's banking system.
  • Other general Finance office duties e.g. photocopying, distributing mail.
