We are looking for a customer Service Level 2 Apprentice, to join our expanding and exciting team.

Job Purpose:   

  • To be the first point of contact and to provide a first class customer experience to customers handling all inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.
  • To ensure all inbound sales opportunities are maximised by taking bookings and following up of live quotes.
  • Sending out samples and following people up is an essential part of the business!        
  • We will be also looking for our apprentice to cleanse our database by making phone calls to ensure we have all the correct information for the company. (our database is only customers so no cold calling!)
  • Other responsibilities will include stocking up the showroom, greeting walk in’s and making drinks for customers.               

Our aim is to teach great customer service skills so we can develop our apprentice into a great sales person once the apprenticeship is over.


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

We require someone who is computer literate, has good customer service skills and is a good communicator.

We will teach all the other skills but the above is important to do the basis of the job.

As a small team you need to be confident to speak to the team regularly and customers/suppliers.

Personal qualities

Confident under pressure, outgoing personality, easy going and great to chat to!

Qualifications required

Maths, English GCSE C and above or equivalent.

(IT preferred GCSE C or and above or equivalent but this is not essential).

Our aim is to teach great customer service skills so we can develop our apprentice into a great sales person once the apprenticeship is over.
