Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

This will give an individual the opportunity to gain an all-round experience.
Throughout the apprenticeship the apprentice will spend 3 months within each of the companies within the Lloyd & Whyte Group:
- Lloyd & Whyte Financial Services
- Lloyd & Whyte Heritage
- Lloyd & Whyte Group
- Lloyd & Whyte Limited
The successful candidate needs to provide exceptional administrative support to the Lloyd & Whyte Group, whilst learning on the job, building the knowledge and skills to gain an apprenticeship qualification and preparing for going out into the work place.
Tasks will include:
Ensuring all administration is dealt with in a professional manner and in line with company guidelines; this may include:
- Postal & banking duties
- Data entry
- Letter and email correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting all areas of the business as required
- Achieve individual targets as set and agreed
- Assist with the achievement of team targets
- Provide professional support and high levels of service to both internal and external customers
- Liaise effectively with insurance companies and suppliers

GCSE's at Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent.

As well as on the job training you will attend Richard Huish College for a half day per week and work towards the following:
- Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration
- Functional Skills in Maths, ICT and English (if applicable)
