Key duties will include:

  • Receive inbound enquiries and to make outbound follow up telephone calls to potential injury claim clients
  • Take new client details, detailed notes and complete a formatted template
  • To discuss and explain funding arrangements and the personal injury claim process
  • Pass information through in a timely and accurate fashion to the fee-earners
  • To administer the work related to the insurance policies written after the event, the tracking of enquiries received from external lawyers and otherwise and respond to their requests for information
  • To assist with administration tasks as detailed and resource allows
