Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Process incoming enquiries and converting to appointments
  • Liaise with both tenants and landlords on new applications and property issues
  • Perform credit and reference checks on new applicants in accordance with company guidelines
  • Prepare documentation for move ins and renewals
  • Assisting with Property Management and liaising with contractors
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and file notes as per the company system
  • Respond quickly and effectively to all communication from our clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with our sales department when required

Qualifications required

Minimum 3 GCSE’s at Grade C or above is essential (or equivalent).

Future prospects

Possibility to remain on and progress is dependent on the successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Things to consider

From April 2017 the National Minimum Wage for apprentices increases to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training. 16-18 year olds won’t be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
