    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage rates are £4.05 an hour for 16 - 17 year olds, £5.60 an hour for 18 - 20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship(usually one day per week).

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Access and maintenance of recruitment databases in relation to the storage of compliance documentation.
  • Completing reference checks.
  • Checking bookings and supporting the recruitment teams in ensuring documents held on file meet requirements.
  • Meetings compliance requirements of various national framework agreements.
  • Marketing of live jobs via internal MAT Tool, preparing mailshots and advertising campaigns.
  • Updating all Social media pages (Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter) with jobs, current market topics and upcoming training events.
  • Support with all aspects of facilitating training; answering training responses, booking rooms/venues for events and ensuring payments are made.
