  • Responsible to Recruitment Manager for the recruitment activities for SOS Ltd.
  • Ability to prioritise daily workload in an organised manner.
  • Carry out search and selection of personnel to meet recruitment requirements.
  • Develop and expand client base via cold calling or face to face.
  • Arranging interviews for selected candidates with clients.
  • Ensuring that necessary paperwork is completed to enable offer of employment to be issued following successful interviews.
  • Tracking candidate and requirement activities through recruitment database.
  • Must be able to work to attain agreed measurables to ensure department productivity.
  • Update recruitment database for all candidate/client activity.
  • Additional administrative duties requested by Management Team.
