The main tasks are:

  • Processing and sending out documentation.
  • Setting up policies n SPP and Accubroker.
  • Processing Buy on line policies.
  • Accurately entering data entry into Excel.
  • General administration duties- Filing photocopying etc.
  • Respond to message that are received.
  • Answering and transferring calls to relevant departments.

Training provider

  • You will work towards 3 mandatory units and choose optional units.
  • These will be selected by both you and the employer making sure the units are relevant to the job you are undertaking.
  • All training will take place on the employers premises.
  • You will achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Sales, a Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Sales and Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English as well as developing Personal Learning and Thinking skills.
