Main duties would include:

  • Ensure continued successful development of retail EPOS system to support the future success of our retail estate
  • Provide user helpdesk support and assist in providing other support and training related to Retail EPOS system
  • Check data for errors and anomalies, provide reports and analysis and identify unmet user needs and solutions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including management and finance to ensure compliance
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Self Management duties would include:

  • Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the Regatta Company Values
  • Maintain a meaningful Personal Development Plan

Health and Safety duties would include:

  • Must adhere to Company H&S policies at all times
  • Responsible for keeping own work area safe and free from hazards
  • Adopts a “don’t walk by” attitude to health and safety
  • Understanding of lone working policy when working outside of standard hours
  • Adheres to safe driving policy if driving on Company business
