  • Provide efficient admin support to the IP Protection department

  • Sorting, scanning and electronic filing away of incoming mail (noting deadlines, new instructions, invoices etc) prior to the Partners daily review
  • Provide a dedicated support service for the records database
  • Create new database records for Fee Earners
  • Updating and maintaining the trade mark records and contacts database(Interaction)
  • Inbox monitoring
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required
