You will be calling customers from specialist data to attain information in relation to the road traffic accident they were involved in. Previous Telesales/Telemarketing experience is preferred but not vital. This role offers great opportunity for progression.

Key activities will include: 

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers
  • Working within a team to hit targets
  • Updating the relevant information systems and databases
  • Effectively negotiate with clients, colleagues and any necessary third party representatives
  • Use excellent communication and questioning skills to identify and qualify leads
  • All relevant training will be deliverd on the above

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role.

In addition, training will also be provided towards the Apprenticeship in through in-house delivery.
