Duties 
You will be working alongside existing staff and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties:

 

  • Analyse business data, report information on trends.
  • Retrieving inventory information and importing to our cleansing tools.
  • Create detailed reports & escalating issues accordingly.
  • Managing various stakeholders, ensuring all information and documentation is up to date.
  • Updating licence entitlement for customers.

Personal qualities

  • Keenness to learn.

Qualifications required

  • 5 GCSE’s A to C grades (including Maths & English)
  • Previous qualifications, A-Level or BTEC standard in the following; ICT, Business Studies, Computing or Maths.
