Advanced Level Apprenticeship
Manage the following mailboxes, responding to queries and distributing queries where appropriate.
- United Learning Institute
- United Leadership
- Lifelong Learning
- BiE Induction
To co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the People Development Pathways (i.e. annual training calendar) - including venue bookings, facilitators, designing/organising communications and recording attendance.
To manage administration of the United Learning Institute (online CPD portal) – create and manage events, assign delegates and assist with technical aspects of the People Development Pathways.
To administer, manage and maintain records for Central Office eLearning – Safeguarding (Educare) and Health & Safety.
To assist the Learning & Development Advisor with the Central Office Training Needs Analysis, Talent Management processes and the Masters funding applications.
Provide administrative support for the annual BiE Induction Conference for new teachers, Middle Leaders, Senior Leader and Heads (prior, during & post the event). Including attendee registration, enquiries, event coordination, dinner arrangements and host school support.
To administer, pursue and produce reports for evaluation of CPD activities and events.
Provide administrative support to the Lifelong Learning (apprenticeship) programme, through enquiries and data input.
Act as a main point of contact for People Development and provide administrative support to the Learning & Development Advisor as required; including invoicing, booking travel, conducting research and preparing papers.
To undertake any other tasks that are deem reasonable and assigned by the Learning & Development Advisor, Deputy Director of HR or Director of People.
