The main duties and responsibilities of the Apprentice Financial Administrator are but not limited to:

  • Processing documentation
  • Responding to requests for information
  • Scanning and data entry
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Updating lenders and clients
  • Being a first point of contact for clients
  • General admin to assist with the smooth running of the business

Qualifications required

  • Ideally the applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong academic record to GSCE or A level. 
  • However the most important skill that we require is good spoken communication and this will override all other factors.

Future prospects

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time. There will also be the potential to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.
