Duties will include;

  • Serving customers quickly and correctly
  • Utilising excellent communication skills to ensure quality of service
  • Keeping records in line with Health and Safety requirements
  • Handling cash
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment at all times as well as delivering excellent customer service
  • Interacting with customers so they feel welcomed and valued
  • Supporting with community events
  • Booking in people and assisting where needed to offer excellent customer service

And any other duties when required – which could be helping on reception and helping out in the kitchen
