We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join our dedicated team at Green Monkey Audio Visual. You must be enthusiastic, confident, hardworking and willing to learn new skills. You will need to be confident speaking to customer/suppliers on a daily basis and be able to deal with all queries.

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Using the internal systems you will be responsible for processing orders through the whole sales cycle. This can include taking customer orders over the telephone, processing website orders and communicating relevant information to customers in support of the sales process. Strong organisational and time management skills essential. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of all orders to our customers, chasing up outstanding information or documentation and passing this onto customers.
Dealing with incoming enquiries
As customer service assistant, you’ll engage with our customers over the phone, email and via our live chat function, and will be responsible for responding to and directing as appropriate. You will present a professional and courteous image of the Company at all times, answer incoming enquiries quickly and without delay and maintain high standard of customer service. It is crucial that the successful candidate have an excellent telephone manner, keen eye for detail, and commercial & business awareness.
A large part of the role is to answer customers’ questions, providing advice and price quotations. Full training (especially on the more technical products) will be provided to ensure the right products are delivered at the right prices. A high level of autonomy comes with the role, so the successful candidate will be a responsible and driven individual.
