  • Taking and making inbound and outbound calls from and to Customers and Engineers.
  • Tracking and logging calls and responding quickly, efficiently and professionally.
  • Supporting and working with the Administration team on the Service/Engineering aspects of the business.
  • Using the existing CRM system effectively.
  • Document management and ICT including scanning, filing and retrieval.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Computer literate, a basic understanding of Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external customers.

Personal qualities

  • Team and customer orientated and able to complete multiple tasks within agreed timelines and in line with customer and employer expectations

Qualifications required

  • GCSE Grades A to C would be advantageous but not a requirements as Grades D to E would be acceptable.

Future prospects

It is anticipated that upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship, and assuming good performance, that a permanent position will be available.

Things to consider

Multi-tasking, a lively office, busy and often time sensitive tasks. There is a bus route and train station nearby but the applicant will need ensure they are happy with the transport connections and times. Parking is challenging as none on sight.
