The apprentice role will include exposure to:

  • Fully understanding the range of service delivery by PHS Compliance and the roles of each team involved
  • How each organizational function interacts and the customer service ethos of the organization
  • The need to ensure that service elements are dealt with promptly and delivered on-time
  • Working closely with the business support team to ensure that orders are processed promptly
  • Develop a good understanding of all PHSC services
  • Be able to use all PHS systems, excel and word to a good standard

A normal day would include:

  • To support the delivery of effective management of PHS Compliances customer service values throughout the ‘order to delivery’ cycle
  • Working with all teams as appropriate to resolve any issues encountered in a manner which supports both the organisations processes and business objectives of PHS Compliance and delivers customer service excellence
  • Understand the PHSC service offering and always look for the opportunity to make customers aware of additional services that PHSC can supply
  • Deal with requests made by phone / email promptly and efficiently
  • To contribute to the wider team to support colleagues to succeed
  • Accurate capture and recording of customer information within internal systems
