The successful candidate needs to be flexible and willing to do the basic labouring tasks while they also learn construction skills in their chosen area.

Desired skills

Some experience would be useful or a real passion to learn a trade while understanding the need to do the basic menial jobs.

Car driver/owner needed as the role will start on site.  Company van available eventually.

Will need to be willing, enthusiastic and keen to learn with a flexible approach to getting the job done.

Qualifications required

Grade E or equivalent or above in Maths and English or Functional Skills L1

Excellent, site management opportunities for the right person who qualifies.

Things to consider

Early starts and lots of labouring to begin with. Car driver is essential.

  • The role will involve 1 day at college and 4 days on site.
