This is a varied and exciting role, working directly within a busy and established marketing team. You will be exposed to customers both digitally and through various platforms and also face to face due to the Supersport shop being on site. Day to day tasks will include, but not be limited to, the following:


  • Updating the company website with news and products
  • Ecommerce using the online shop through the website or various links
  • Social media updates through various platforms
  • Using MailChimp to send out email marketing campaigns to new and existing clients
  • SEO & Analytics
  • Generating a report to the managers of the business on the impact of various posts and campaigns
  • Using the Adobe Suite
  • Using Computer Aided Design (CAD)

 All training and support will be given on the above throughout the apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. Training provider

Training to be provided:

Combined with knowledge and skills gained in the workplace, the Level 3 Digital Marketer will provide an understanding into the fundamentals of marketing, digital business principles and the principles of coding.  Training will be provided via outstanding classroom training, dedicated workplace mentorship and on-the job experience to build the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to begin your career as a Digital Marketer.

 The apprenticeship includes:

  • BCS Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing
  • BCS Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Coding
  • BCS Level 3 Certificate in Marketing Principles
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification

 Training and Assessment:

  • Throughout the first 12 months you will be required to attend your local 3aaa academy in Stoke for around 20 days (plus exam days).
  • You will attend a four day synoptic assessment at the end of your course (approx. month 14)
  • Your dedicated mentor will visit you in the workplace approximately every 8 weeks
  • Online support for modules will be provided for you to complete outside of work

 The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace.
