    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage rates are £4.05 an hour for 16 - 17 year olds, £5.60 an hour for 18 - 20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship(usually one day per week).

Working as part of our engineering team, you will primarily provide remote support to our customers based across the UK, with some onsite work also required. The role will be mostly telephone based, so excellent communications are essential. Experience and training will be provided in house/and or externally for the following technologies: HP Servers Untangle WatchGuard Firewalls Windows Server 2012 and 2016 Office 365 and Exchange Digital Imaging equipment from Gendex, Carestream, Planmeca and Durr Phone systems and SIP Trunking, including Avaya and Asterisk PBXs Cloud based hosting platform Amazon cloud services S3 and EC2 Microsoft Azure cloud services cPanel hosting Ticket systems Internet connectivity including ADSL, FTTC, FTTP and EFM

Other information

National Minimum Wage for the Age of the Apprentice to be paid. Candidates with IT Level 2 qualification also considered and will be offered an Advanced Apprenticeship. After a 3 month probation period the Apprentice will receive:company phone, contribution to travelling costs and home broadband The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is �3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
