Full training and support will be given. You’ll be part of the finance department, which is strong and looking to grow. This is a fantastic way to develop your accountancy skills in a company that is fully supportive of your learning and development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will play a key part in the day to day functioning of the finance office.
  • Responsible for the day to day management of the Add Media Group Ltd outstanding payments.  
  • You will manage outstanding balances and collect funds
  • Liaising with customers, the customer care team and the finance department

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Experience of sales ledger/purchase ledger (desirable)

  • Previous experience of using Sage 200
  • Understanding of a CRM platform

Personal qualities

You will be reliable, trustworthy and have excellent communication skills in order to deliver  an  excellent service to both internal and external customers.

We are seeking a positive and adaptable team player, someone who can organise their own workload in order to meet objectives.

Qualifications required

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including English and Maths.

Part of their role will involve assisting in the day to day financial activities such as data entry to month end management accounts and/or year-end financial statements.
