 Full training and support will be given. You’ll be part of the technical department, which is 12 strong and looking to grow. It consists of web and application developers, designers & technical engineers.

Where do you fit in?

You will be;

  • First line telephone support for our website customers
  • Providing IT support
  • Making small changes to WordPress and Magento sites via the CMS
  • Installing tracking codes for internal teams
  • Chasing customers for details/logins to enable the team to fulfil projects

Desired skills

  • You may have worked in a support role, maybe in a call centre or digital agency.

Personal qualities

  • Have some experience using WordPress & Magento CMS
  • Have a knowledge of what HTML & CSS are and what they do 
  • Be passionate about all things digital – outside of work you’ll be the kind of person that wants to spend hours in front of your machine learning new skills and keeping up with new technology

Qualifications required

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including English and Maths.

The Infrastructure Technician sets people up on systems and provides support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisation's productivity.
