Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Our client is looking to recruit an office based Apprentice Administrator to join their friendly and expanding window cleaning business. The company’s turnover will be approaching £2million by the end of the year which is a clear demonstration of their quality of work and growth.
Our client is looking for a confident and well-spoken individual with a helpful attitude to join their experienced team. Our client has promised that the successful candidate will be supported by the senior office members who each have a wealth of experience to back them up.
You will be working in a very fun, busy and close knit business environment where all members of staff on all levels are shown equal levels of respect. The role itself will be quite varied and will include speaking to customers both face to face as well as on the phone.
Basic role and Responsibilities
- Dealing with Customer Queries
- Resolving issues
- Face to face customer engagement
- Receiving telephone calls and email correspondence
- Working closely with Sales Representative and Driving Team
- Office Administration
- In house IT Systems
- Full training and support provided
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your customer service skills and learn from a highly-experienced team. You will also be working towards a widely-recognised level 2 Qualification in Customer Service with the potential opportunity to progress onto the Level 3 Qualification after successful completion of the Level 2.

Requirements and prospects
