On a daily basis you will be expected to perform the following tasks;

  • Answering the telephone
  • Transferring calls and taking messages
  • Researching primary, secondary and further education establishments.
  • General administration duties to include;  writing letters, sending emails, taking notes and other paperwork.
  • Using the CRM system, salesforce.
  • Clerical work including strategic data input.
  • Assisting the other team members as and when requested to do so.

You will be trained on all of the above.

Always working within strict Health and Safety regulations.

This position will be working in an office, on a computer and covering many clerical duties for long hours. A knowledge of Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel is required.
