We will give you the skills to develop an deliver stratigic savings onto blue chip clients, this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. You will also be trained in accounts,expediting,order acknowledgement and accounts help desk.

This is a great position for the right candidate as it will give an insight into how the company works and also provides the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks within a friendly office.

Role highlights:

  • Answering emails, phone calls and the taking and relaying of messages to staff members.
  • Processing and filing incoming mail.
  • Liaising with staff.
  • Monitoring and sorting of staff contracts.
  • You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications required

Prefer GCSE grade C in English and Maths but not essential as full training will be given.

Future prospects

On completion of the Apprenticeship you will have a chance to apply for a full time internal contract there is also opportunities that successful candidates can apply for a management Development Programme to further their skills and knowledge even more.

Things to consider

Plenty of buses for transport. Pay review within three months. This role is mainly desk based. The working week will be 35 hours per week and shifts will be 8.00am until 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note you could be asked to interview earlier than date given, as we are looking to fulfil the positions as soon as possible. This vacancy may close early if sufficient applications are received. Please ensure you apply early to avoid disappointment. The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
