Reporting to the Business Services Manager, this role is responsible for monitoring all aspects of service delivery and performance for Chaucer’s business partners.

Data Records:

  • Analysis of Premiums
  • Acting upon Credit Controllers feedback

Coverholder Management:

  • Bordereau Management
  • Ongoing due diligence (maintenance of compliance data)
  • Administration of audit reviews

Regulatory Returns:

  • Lloyd’s Annual Return
  • Lloyd’s Direct Reporting
  • Lloyd’s Non-XIS Overseas Business Return (Australia and South Africa)

Business Partner Management:

  • Managing the interface between the Business and our Business Partners for day to day business process services
  • Ensure performance management framework is in place

Qualifications required

  • 3 A-Levels or equivalent at grades A-C, preferably in Law, Geography or another analytical discipline.
  • GCSE Maths & English at B or above

Things to consider

Available to start work in October 2017 and have an unrestricted right to work in the UK. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour from 1st April 2017. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
