The key responsibilites of the Helpdesk Operator will be to:

  • Offer technical support to colleagues across the UK, including basic diagnosis.
  • Take calls and log faults.
  • Liaise with external companies.
  • Provide remote basic training to colleagues on Cardinal Security's internal systems and deal with associated general queries.
  • Liaise with Account Management and other departments within the business to drive efficiency.
  • Ensure a high level of support is provided, with an excellent and professional  telephone manner at all times.
