The post holder is required to work within the Organisational Transformation Team at the Chesterfield DXC site, with the possibility of some travel to the other 3 Regional Delivery Centres (Erskine, Newcastle & Chorley/Chesterfield).  The Organisational Transformation Team oversee the UK Secure Deliver Work Force Transformation, which includes Recruitment (which includes the DXC Graduate and Apprentice Programmes), International Assignments, Merits & Promotions and Contractor management along with all Programmes that are standard across the different business areas of UK Secure Deliver.

Main Duties:

  • Administration duties such as updating records, databases & management systems
  • Daily enquiries via email, telephone and face to face.
  • Organisational duties-filing, photocopying etc.
  • Teamwork- Liaising with other staff members and departments

Future prospects

On successful completion of Level 3, there will be the chance to progress to Level 4 or a full time position.

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
