Main Duties will include:

  • Greeting guests
  • Making sure meeting rooms are presentable
  • Ensuring that meeting room booking requests are logged on the system
  • Ordering and collecting lunches for the directors
  • Franking post
  • Administrative work to help Office Manager / PA to Group MD
  • Collecting tickets from rail station for Senior employees on request
  • Supporting the office manager with planning and coordination of all company events (conducting research)
  • Shredding, filing, copying as requested
  • Covering a busy reception switchboard, (1 hour per day)
  • Monitoring levels of stock, (kitchen supplies and stationery supplies)

Mode of delivery: delivered entirely in the work place

Course content:
A Level 2 Apprenticeship is delivered entirely in the workplace where you will gain knowledge, understanding and skills on the job. An Assessor from Leeds City College will visit you on a regular basis to complete your college work. If you do not have grade C-A in English/Maths you will attend college for exams and Functional Skills lessons.

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour (From April 2017.
