Vacancy full description:

Provide the Centre Director and Managers with administrative support, including:

  • Front of house duties on reception
  • Record Keeping
  • Database entry
  • general administration email correspondence, filing, placing orders
  • General office tidying with some light cleaning duties
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting with Agency photoshoots
  • Liaising with TV and film production companies
  • Chaperoning young performers
  • Assisting at live JAM2000 productions
  • Setting up and clearing up after childrens parties
  • Assisting in parties and childrens holiday workshops
  • Opening and closing-up the Centre

Pay: £240 per week

  • You will demonstrate a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail together with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, a pleasant demeanour, outward-going open personality and smart appearance.

Qualifications required

Qualifications required: GCSE (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and ICT (or Science) grade C or above.

Future prospects

For the right person, this role could lead to position of full-time administrator with a view to progressing to Assistant Centre Manager and Centre Manager. Training at The Windmill Studio Centre could lead to administrator/reception/customer service/management roles in a range of other businesses.
