    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
    Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
    The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

  • Working week

    Monday 9am–5.30pm, Tuesday 9am–5.30pm, Wednesday 2.30pm – 5.30pm, Thursday 1pm–5.30pm, Friday 2.30pm–5.30pm, Saturday 9am–2pm every other week. Holiday cover, Sunday and evening work plus additional hours may be required outside of the 30 hours.

To provide support with dealing with customers within our busy office to include:

  • Dealing with phone calls and email enquiries to and from customers.
  • Dealing with customers face to face.
  • Data entry.
  • Filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc for communications with clients.
  • Working flexibly within the team and being able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
